Graph-Me-Maybe is an app on your computer, not a service. Here is everything that happens to a document.

Stays on your computer

  • The files themselves, wherever you keep them
  • The knowledge graph (Neo4j, installed by the app)
  • Search embeddings (by default the search model runs locally)
  • Page previews and crops

Goes to the model provider you choose

  • A page’s image and text when it is read
  • The question and the passages found, when an answer is written

Never

  • Uploads to us — there is no Graph-Me-Maybe server
  • Telemetry about your documents

Model calls use your own API key for OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini, so their data terms are the ones you already agreed to.
